  • You will be redirected to the security questions - you will need to remember the security answers you provided during registration on the website
  • If the security answers provided are correct, you will receive password reset details via email
  • If you do not recall your security answers, please email or call the Payroll team:lloyds-payroll@conexiahr.com or 0345 3574501
Account lock-out:
  • If you enter an incorrect password >3 times, the system will lock your account for 15 minutes (a ‘Login failed’ alert will appear)
  • If you attempt to log in during the lock-out period, the lock-out timer will reset to 15 minutes
  • After 15 minutes – please attempt to reset your account via the ‘Forgotten your Password?’ route above.
